Graduate Building Surveyor [02/18/2010]

Duties

Ensuring successful delivery of suite refurbishment schemes
Delivery of Cat A refurbishments in line with the sales and letting plan
Delivery of Cat B fit out works in accordance with the customer brief
Ensuring all works are procured in line with the Company procurement strategy
Suite division projects
Assisting with dilapidation surveys and negotiations
Ensuring all works are compliant with Building, CDM and Planning regulations
Contract management for projects with the assistance of the internal QS

A minimum 2:1 honours degree or masters in Building Surveying
Good interpersonal and communication skills

An ability to focus on customer service and building business relationships
Microsoft Office skills
