Job Description FUNCTION · To support and assist the Human Resources Unit in daily work processes. TASKS · Data upload to our Data Management System. · Keeping track of incoming documents. · Regular update of the Auditor Database. · Entering data and assist in the administration of the HR Information System. · Assist in documentation and filling. · Assist in other duties and tasks as required. REPORTING TO · Head of Human Resources & Legal Services Your Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Necessary: - Enrolled in University.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Very precise and reliable working attitude.
- Previous experiences working in an office environment.
- A Team player with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- High command in the use of MS Office Products.
- Strong interest working in the field of Human Resources.
- Motivation for Fairtrade.

1988: launch of the first Fairtrade label, Max Havelaar, under the initiative of the Dutch development agency Solidaridad. The first Fairtrade coffee from Mexico was sold into Dutch supermarkets. It was branded "Max Havelaar," after a fictional Dutch character who opposed the exploitation of coffee pickers in Dutch colonies.
