Objectives of the position / activity: - Successful sale of BD Medical, Medical Surgical Systems products under the established goals and strategies,
- Definition and implementation of customer projects in accordance with the agreed marketing and sales concepts,
- Expansion of the core business and finding new business opportunities for BDM, MSS,
- Strategic monitoring of market developments and competitive activities,
- systematic design, analysis and documentation of sales revenues in the area of responsibility using existing data systems,
- Establishing good, personal relationships with decision makers: doctors, nurses, Buyer / Purchasing departments
- Creating a network of opinion leaders,
- Implementation of product training on the wards for the purpose of application and user support for the introduction of new products,
- Provision of services in the field of customized solutions, standards of care and process improvement,
- Development and implementation of concepts for optimal classification of our products in the value chain of our customers,
- active participation in and organization of information, exhibitions and workshops,
- selective support of complaint,
- close and coordinated cooperation with colleagues from the sales, product management and customer service,
- more efficient use of computer and communications media,
- Use and care of the customer database.
Necessary work experience / knowledge / skills: - Completed training as a nurse (in), physician's assistant (in), hygiene or safety officer,
- ideally at least 2-year experience in the distribution of medical diagnostic products, or in the hospital
- Experience in the delivery of training,
- Training and experience in quality management in hospital is an advantage.
The Product Specialist [w / m]: - holds the position and situation appropriate personal appearance and can build relationships at all levels,
- knows how to present product and application-specific situations accurately and vividly and comprehensibly to argue
- understood to present to larger groups and moderating discussions,
- has a high self-motivation, self-confidence, critical awareness and a positive attitude,
- with great readiness to assume responsibility for the solution of challenging tasks,
- has a high willingness to learn and provides self-training and continuing education as a central element of the task
- working efficiently and professionally with colleagues,
- has a strong team spirit and is willing to share successes with colleagues.
