Participates with Division/BU senior managers and HR Division/BU Director to establish corporate and division/business unit strategic HR plans and objectives. Must be able to effectively interact with people at all levels both within and outside of the company. Provides full HR generalist support on all facets of HR programs and issues to client group(s). Major Duties and Responsibilities: Provides a full range of HR Generalist support to specified client group(s), including compensation, performance management, employee relations, training & development, benefits and employment law. Implements company-wide HR programs. Conducts manager training, and ensure proper communication of guidelines to client group(s). Develops HR program and services to meet client group's unique needs. Reviews and interpret HR Policies and Procedures, makes recommendation to senior management regarding new policies and changes to existing policies, meeting legal requirements and business objectives. Conducts exit interviews with all levels of employees and managers (including Directors and VPs) and analyzes turnover trends. Facilitates resolution of confidential and highly sensitive employee relations issues by working with senior level management and employees. Handles controversial issues with tact and judgment, taking the employee and manager's side into account.
