The Family Resource Team works with young people (aged between 8 – 16 years) and their families where there is a risk of family breakdown or where a young person is already looked after and there is a plan for rehabilitation at home.
You must be an enthusiastic and motivated team player with excellent IT and customer service skills to work closely with a job-share partner and support this busy team.
Duties include:- Central point of contact for all referrals; evaluation and monitoring for service; dealing with clients by phone and face-to face; management and project support, general office support including data-base input and interrogation and some financial duties such as Petty Cash and monitoring budgets. You will require proven IT skills.
