Responsibilities: ·Deliver office Heath, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) plan and provide HSSE admin support. ·Support HR Team Lead on the implementation of HR policies, global HR processes in project and manpower planning and resourcing strategy ·Support learning data management and relevant learning logistics. ·Provide advise to Expat & Local staff on Labour Contract Law and Company policies.·Organize employee communication & engagement sessions and culture building activities according to business requirements. ·Responsible for new employee on boarding process,payroll payment support and exiting process. · As the main interface with HR shared service,act as the project focal point to ensure service alignment with global and local process. ·Stakeholder management including internal and external stakeholders to ensure that Shell HR processes and procedures are incorporated in the project. Requirements: ·Bachelor degree or above, 2 to 3 years HR working experience in multinational companies ·Good customer/stakeholders interface skills ·Able to adapt and work effectively in a mutli-cultural environment ·Self -starter and pro-active in daily work Job Type: Permanent Location: China
