Function: Customer Assistance Agent-Directory Assistance Classification: Regular Full-Time Location: Midvale, UT Call Center Hours: 24 hours a day - 7 days a week Typical Work Hours: Must be flexible to work varying shifts and hours including weekends and holidays. This does include rotating shifts and split shifts. This position is in an inbound customer service center - highly structured and fast paced work environment. Absolutely no SALES! Starting Salary is $8.30 per hour with increases every 6 months until you get to top pay. · If you work a split shift, you will receive .75 more per hour for all of the time actually worked. · (Night Shift) You will receive a differential of .65 per hour for all time actually worked between 11pm and 6am. · (Evening Shift) You will receive a differential of .35 per hour for all time actually worked between 7pm and 11pm.
