Ideally, Graduates with 2 years and above work experience with an Airline in an Airport guest services environment. Aspirants from the Travel and Hospitality industry can also apply. Job Description: In this position you would be responsible for ensuring that the contracted GHA team consistently provides the highest service standards to the guests. You will also be responsible for resolution of problems and issues raised by the guests. Candidates are expected to demonstrate and deliver highest standards of guest service. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and the Local language are mandatory. Desirable Skills: Fluency in a foreign language will be an added advantage.
