To deliver high quality, standardized HR interventions across a range of HR activities/processes to enable line managers and employees to deliver the business strategy. Responsible for providing HR Generalist support to all levels of employees and line managers across multiple Businesses in the US. • Support managers in the delivery of key, standardized HR processes; coach and develop line managers around HR policies, processes and HR Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives (e.g. Talent Management) • Drive standardization across and within business units in order to simplify HR service delivery; be a key delivery channel for initiatives developed by the HR CoEs • Partner with the HR Service Director on HR interventions that require a high level of sensitivity, complexity or expertise • As part of a large team of HR Managers, job holder will be expected to work autonomously with limited referral to line manager for the majority of activities, develop their own subject matter expertise and provide guidance to other members of the team on those topics. • Required to work in cross-functional teams as part of project work; matrix working will be a regular feature of role in the HR Service team e.g. working for HRBL; CoE members etc. Bachelor’s Degree or related combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities • Demonstrated track record of operational HR Delivery • Experience of leading and delivering change and use of recognized change management methodologies • Ability to effectively coach employees and managers at all levels of the organisation and diagnose HR requirements OE Green Belt or advocate training • PHR/SPHR • Proven project management expertise • Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional or matrix teams • Experience working on cross-business or cross-functional projects and working in a matrix environment • Good analytical skills and evidence of use of metrics to drive process improvement Job Type: Permanent Location: New Jersey- Parsippany
