Talent Management Manager - US Pharma [03/15/2010] |

Consult with the businesses and HR on strategies and implementation of developing emerging talent.
-Design, develop, and implement emerging talent leadership development forums for all NA Pharma businesses in a strategic sequence to prepare the leadership pipeline in partnership with Cx, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
-Create the development strategies for emerging talent programs including on the job experiences, including but not limited to LINK, Espirit, other roational programs.
-Own and manage targeted development programs for emerging talent such as Accelerated Women's Leadership Development and Accelerated Development for Diverse Men.
-Own and manage global talent development created by the Centers of Excellence.
-Influence the business to create innovative development experiences for emerging talent.
-Provide resources and tools for HR and the business to maintain development of talent.
-Develop scorecards to measure the effectiveness of the Talent management strategies and tactics.
-Track and measure the effectiveness of the talent management process. -Graduate work in Human Resources, Leadership Development or Organizational Development
Relevant business, Talent management/Leadership development or HR experience
-Experience with developing learning and development interventions, including assessments, training, on the job training.
-Experience working cross cultures, cross business, and at all levels of the organization
-Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
-Effectively manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
-Demonstrated flexible thinking.
-Demonstrated ability to influence others.
- Demonstrated teamwork on intact or matrixed teams.
-Demonstrated ability to achieve excellence, including enabling and driving change and customer driven.
-Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize multiple data sets to interpret trends and themes.
