Part Time Scheme Manager [03/22/2010] |

Working alongside the Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for enabling older people to live independently in their own homes in this mixed tenure scheme (tenants and leaseholders) whilst ensuring their environment is secure and safe and that they are getting all the support they require. You will need to demonstrate that you can liaise with external agencies and groups within the community. You will have experience of working in housing or a care related environment, have good knowledge of housing law and be familiar with the supporting people framework for delivery of this service to our clients. You should be personable, self-motivated and be able to work well with a scheme support assistant. We would like a confident, proactive person to join us and in return we offer continuous training and development as you deliver the service to our elderly residents.
