- Receiving applications from sales agents, company branches and bank branches (based on type of business), and ensuring all information is correctly filled and needed documents and down payments are in place according to Allianz standards.
- Entering applications data into the relevant system and screening them.
- Checking the accuracy of payment receipts from agents/bank branches, clients, and coordinating with the Finance Department for settlements.
- Handling in-coming and outgoing mail.
- Preparing a list of issued policies and delivering it to the Sales Agents/bank branches on a daily basis
- Gender: males and females
- 0-2 years of work experience
- Excellent organizational, administrative and follow up skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent command of written & spoken English and Arabic
