£6.81 / £8.42 / £10.18 per hour (dependent on expe To work under the supervision of Sports Development Officers to co-ordinate and deliver a range of structured sport activity sessions. The Integrated Youth - Sports Development service provides young people with a wide range of year-round sports provision opportunities, including during early evenings, weekends and holiday periods. Activities are delivered across School, Community and Club settings, with the aim of increasing participation levels. 1. To plan and deliver safe and structured sessions. 2. To lead a range of sports activity sessions in various settings. 3. To confidently manage groups of children and young people. 4. To work with young people from a range of backgrounds and with a range of needs. 5. Effectively communicate at all levels, orally and in writing. 6. To provide administrative support to the programme. 7. To provide guidance and support to young leaders and volunteers. 8. To attend training and development events where required. 9.
