Pay: £14,792 - £16,572 Details: A Call Centre in the Pentwyn area of Cardiff requires an Advice and Support Executive. The main purpose of the role is to support customers who are at risk of falling behind in their payments. A sensitive and responsible role that will require working with a portfolio of clients, understanding the needs of the customers, analysing income and expenditure to determine the best solution for their circumstances. Where necessary, you will contact them by telephone to chase documentation and resolve any outstanding issues. This will be well suited to someone who has had previous experience of debt collection. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with strong negotiation skills and need experience of working in a role that's both telephone based and target driven. Applicants must be flexible and available for work between 8am to 10pm weekdays, 8am to 9pm Saturdays and 10am to 6pm Sundays. Job Type: Permanent Location: Wales Torfaen
