Working in our Sales Department, you manage a team of price study engineers, whose role is to plan budgets, deadlines, human resources and equipment for completing a project.
You thus ensure the correct execution of the following tasks: Carrying out the complete study of a file from preliminary descriptive plans. Defining general procedures in conjunction with the preliminary studies office and putting forward variants and improvements. Fixing the necessary financial resources item by item (labour, equipment, materials) and establishing a price for completing the work. Producing and providing a technical report for the sales representative to enable him/her to make his/her quotation. Following up with the sales representative during the negotiation phase after submission of the study, After the contract is signed, preparing the file for the works team. An engineering graduate specialising in construction and public works, you have at least eight years professional experience in works management or pricing studies in an SME or the subsidiary of a large company. You have good technical knowledge, can demonstrate a capacity for analysis, summarising and curiosity. You enjoy detail and working as part of a team.
