Contract Technical Assistants (Structural) [04/01/2010] |

You will be responsible for: - Prepare, check and update structural drawings, sketches and details;
- Undertake the design of minor structural elements and prepare site sketches for construction;
- Carry out tests and inspection of structural works on site;
- Prepare estimates, site instructions and research of building materials for constructions;
- Assist in updating as-built record drawings;
- Handle technical problems arising from site difficulties and/or discrepancies in drawings and resolve simple technical matters.
Requirements: - Higher Certificate or Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering;
- Experience in drafting and preparation of structural drawings;
- Good knowledge of Building Regulations and Code of Practices;
- Proficient skill in AutoCAD and EXCEL applications is preferred.
