Building Services (PLC) Deputy Project Manager [04/01/2010] |

We are a fast-growing organisation and are looking ahead for further growth in the coming years. To enhance our capability, we are seeking to employ a Programmable Logic Control (PLC) Deputy Project Manager to join our established team of E&M professionals for tunnel / railway projects. Reporting to our Project Manager, you will be responsible to lead and co-ordinate consultancy, design, installation, testing & commissioning activities in our E&M projects. You will also be responsible for - planning and co-ordinating activities to develop and apply standardised design criteria for PLC applications;
- designing and directing installation of PLC applications;
- resolving day-to-day problems on site.
Requirements: - Degree in Mechanical / Building Services / Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or equivalent;
- At least 12 years' experience in a contractor / construction organisation;
- Member of HKIE or other recognised professional bodies preferred;
- Good background knowledge of application of PLC in HVAC, electrical, railway & road tunnel industry;
- Exceptional problem solving skills and analytical mindset;
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
