Assistant Human Resources Officer [04/01/2010]

You will work in the C&B team to carry out the following duties:

Handle claims for MPF contributions of Government projects;
Meet and negotiate with representatives of Government Departments and relevant parties to arrive at an agreed implementation proposal;
Communicate with site operation team to ensure the process of MPF claims is smooth and effective;
Provide administrative support in payroll administration and benefits management;
Handle any other ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisors.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
- 3 years of relevant working experience. Good knowledge of and experience in the operation and practices of construction industry preferred;
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Mature and multi-tasked with excellent communication skills;
- Good computer knowledge including the use of MS Office Applications and Chinese word processing;
- Meticulous with good numerical sense.
