Job Purpose: To develop the private sector of hair & Beauty education by converting delegates onto current course offerings by fulfilling company targets. This position also entails developing further courses dependant on demand. Main Duties:
• To make outbound calls by using current database to convert leads.
• To respond to emails within a 24 hours turn-around regarding course bookings.
• To use initiative and attempt to find new leads through alternate mediums
• To implement a system for follow up calls & monitoring purposes
• Increase the Academies revenue by reaching all targets set for all Courses, internally & externally.
• Conduct interviews with potential delegates, provide information, conduct entrance tests and convert.
• Processing applications, payments and organising confirmation letters.
• Prepare & present work experience to students per group
• To liaise with Academies Educators for student work experience for placement opportunities
• Prepare & present within quarterly meetings sales figures, progression, initiatives & development
• Contribute to Marketing meetings as and when required
• Constantly working on new initiatives for best practise.
• High level of organisational skills and prioritisation.
• Liaise with the finance department regarding course payments, Standing orders and payment reports
Skills & Experience required:
• Sales experience required
• Good inter-personal and excellent communication skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Computer Literate, proficiency intermediate to advanced
• Power point, excel, outlook & word essential
• Attention to detail is imperative
• Team Player
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
• Proven organisational abilities with excellent forward planning and time management skills
• Knowledge of the hair and beauty industry an advantage
• To ensure that all delegates information is recorded correctly and the ensure the database is up to date and accurate
• Punctuality & Attendance must be of a high standard
• A high standard of Grammar & Literacy
