Your function

As a senior business analyst your main responsibility is to identify the problem behind the stakeholders change request to make sure the systems provide a solution to the real problem. You will be working across a number of (credit) risk workstreams and require the collaboration of multiple stakeholder groups. The ideal candidate will have worked across full lifecycle development projects with interaction with both the Business and IT.

You are an experienced business analyst. You enjoy working in environments that require creativity and flexibility. You have excellent communication and networking skills. You have a natural drive and positive attitude towards learning, developing and adapting yourself. Your coaching skills make sure other business analyst can learn from you.

Experiences:

Experienced business analyst (>5 years);
Experience with working in a banking environment (>5 years);
Experience with using workshops to elicit requirements or facilitate decision making (>3 years);
Experienced in working in Iterations (>3 years);
Experienced in documenting needs, features and requirements according to the RUP / UML documentation standard (Vision, Use case model, use cases, supplementary requirements) (>2 years);
Experienced in coaching junior or medior business analysts (>2 years);
Skills:
