· On-site Working in the Warehouse to Ensure Flawless Operation Quality · Deliver First-class Customer Service to Customers · Fulfil Specific Financial Responsibilities & Execute Cost Leadership · Presents APM Values & Secure Damco Interest in Front Line · Realized Personal Growth and Contribute to Organization Growth · Support Manager in Ad-hoc Task 1. Ensure Client’s Order information is received in due course and cargo inbound & outbound is properly forecasted and planned. 2. Ensure cargo and related inbound & outbound documents are well received in due course. 3. Ensure all pre-carriage transportation and customs brokerage is duly completed so that cargo can pass through customs and physically arrive at or leave warehouse per required timeline. 4. Ensure the cargo inbound & outbound operation including unloading, counting and put-away, loading is performed and all the Reports are well received with 100% data accuracy and timeline compliance. 5. Ensure all Reports required by client are issued per required timely. 6. Ensure the supplier’s performance and service quality is closely monitored and well managed. 7. Ensure there’s SOP/IOP in place can serve as the effective guidance for operation and ensure the SOP/IOP is 100% compliant with. Proactively contribute to the establishment of SOP/IOP and ensure the established SOP/IOP is regularly reviewed and timely updated to best meet the changing operation requirement or to reflect the best practise. 8. Effectively react to ad-hoc situation and address to practical problems with NO delays. 9. Live in the APM values and committed to secure the company’s interest in the front line. Applying the spirit of constant care to deliver the first-rate customer service and operation quality. 10. Committed to the team spirit and meanwhile committed to the fulfilment of personal development plan. 1. Good command of English on both writing and speaking. 2. 1 – 2 years experience in Logistics/Transportation industry strongly preferred. 3. Live in APM values. 4. Result oriented. 5.
