Overall Job Summary: The principal financial adviser at a single plant of a company. Responsible for general accounting, cost accounting, and budgeting. Provides accurate, meaningful analysis to proactively improve performance of the operation. Contributes to planned profit by implementing and supporting continuous improvement projects and by controlling costs. Improve plant performance through continuous challenging of budget assumptions. Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Accounting/Finance
Minimum Experience Requirements: Ten-12 years of increased levels of experience in the finance and accounting functions in a Manufacturing, preferably in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or Research & Development environment. Requires 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
