Overall Job Summary: The incumbent will be responsible for achievement of sales plan in targeted accounts; assist physicians and clinical staff with ALLEGRETTO Laser practice development. Works at targeted multi-platform laser accounts to grow procedures on Alcon laser system: work with Refractive Equipment Managers to ensure customer satisfaction after the sale; assist Training Department with field training for Surgical Account managers on practice development techniques. Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelors degree Minimum Experience Requirements: Three years experience selling to physicians or three years experience in a medical practice with responsibilities that included practice development.
