Overall Job Summary: The Allergy & Otolaryngology Representative (AOR) position is for highly motivated and productive sales representatives meeting the qualifications. The incumbent will be responsible for producing results consistent with division objectives; creating product demand with Allergists and ENTS within the territory; analyzing territory sales results and implementing necessary changes to correct negative trends; effectively managing territory account coverage; and creating rapport and maintaining positive customer relations. Position will entail travel*, outside office entertainment*, and educational meeting attendance*. Achieve all financial objectives of the defined territory (i.e. quotas). Tactically execute the marketing plan.
Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelors degree
Minimum Experience Requirements: Two year's outside sales experience and 6 months Alcon experience with FME performance.
