POSITION SUMMARY The successful candidate will work closely with Audi of America management and employees to drive business results, and will be responsible for all areas of human resources management, operations and leadership related to Audi of America. Particular emphasis will be placed on talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, employee engagement, and compensation and rewards systems. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education • Bachelor's degree in a related field. Master's degree preferred Experience 10 years of relevant work experience, with particular emphasis on: • HR Leadership • Employee development • Employee relations and employment laws • Recruiting • Performance and talent management • Proven experience in the successful management of major HR initiatives • Previous exposure to Senior Executive level Skills • Project and change management • Strategic HR planning • Analytical, problem-solving • Effective communications (written and verbal) • Influencing, coaching and facilitation • Knowledge of employment laws and expatriate practices • Proficient in standard Microsoft Office applications Job Type: Permanent Location: Virginia-Northern
