This role requires you to possess an advanced level of technical knowledge in the software industry. From Operating Systems, Network Administration, Information Repositories, Email Servers, Databases through to Application Servers, XML, User Interfaces, Computer Programming and Web development skills, this role demands technical versatility. Conduct regular training courses at Autonomy Classrooms in the UK & Europe. Deliver training courses at client and off-site. Designing and developing course documentation. Maintaining and developing IT training manuals. Experience with Enterprise Search Applications Experience with Document, Content or Record Management Systems Experience with eDiscovery and eDRM technologies A track record of academic excellence. Bachelor's degree (Minimum 2.1) relating to Computer Science/Computing. Qualifications in teaching desirable.
