Advanced Control Corporation is seeking experienced sales individuals. The qualified individuals must have a minimum of 3 years of experience selling building control systems, security systems, or CCTV systems. The right individual will be a self motivated professional capable of hitting the ground running.

- The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing and growing a customer base and achieving growth projections in an assigned territory. Primary responsibility for this position is to acquire new commercial, industrial and institutional customers; develop relationships with engineers, developers, owners, contractors and maintain favorable relationships with existing customers. This position will develop and qualify new projects, make sales presentations, quote, bid and negotiate projects.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales of DDC/EMS/HVAC Controls, Card Access or CCTV Systems.
- Knowledgeable in DDC control applications pertaining to the HVAC industry.
- Experience with the Andover Controls product line preferred.
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a plus.
- Self motivated with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Develop and implement a plan to take advantage of all sales opportunities within assigned geographic territory.
- Provide technical solutions in business terms to all levels of the buying chain.
- Develop and maintain an account development plan for the assigned territory.
- Estimate and propose new construction projects, system add-ons and upgrades.
- Works within a team to deliver total customer satisfaction.
- Sales activity and forecast reporting.
