Your Responsibilities: • Provide application support (SAP FICO) to the APAC sites, in co-operation and co-ordination with the customer organisations, other service teams and back office teams; these include: - Response and requirements follow-up of request - Provide functional analysis of business requirements - Providing structural solutions - Attending to customer queries through the PBAS APAC helpdesk system; • Provide ad-hoc workarounds or structural corrections for functional system; • Attend to and implement change requests; • Take part in improvement and project assignments; • Improve Service Quality; • Improve (Customer) Business Processes; • Improve Customer Satisfaction. • Actively participate in internal improvement initiatives • Minimise the impact of Incidents in the IT Environment Job Type: Permanent Location: Australia New South Wales - Far South Coast
