Job Summary:

This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily execution of distribution activities at the facility located in Walnut, CA. Responsibilities include overseeing a pick/pack environment as well as shipping, receiving, order management and inventory control management for a multi-client facility. The position is heavily involved in an Inventory Control environment which manages product exceptions and maintains a high awareness of inventory accuracy. Provide and publish metrics along with velocity slotting. The position will determine work procedures, preparing work schedules (standardized work flow), and expediting workflow by properly utilizing employees. The position will assign duties and examine work for accuracy, quality, neatness, and conformance to established Menlo Worldwide policies and procedures. The position must have strong problem solving skills, effective communication, lean principles and demonstrated abilities in a dynamic, pick pack operation. Apparel experience vital including full understanding of VAS, Cross-dock and pack and hold operations.
