An Associate Recruiting Lead is accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan for a particular business group. Success candidates in this role will become a true "business partner" for the clients in which they support. He/she will supervise 3+ Recruiters.
Key responsibilities may include: • Understanding recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility
• Serving as point of contact for stakeholder group • Responsibility for a large to medium-sized recruiting pipeline (or sharing the responsibility for a large recruiting pipeline), meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports • Screening applications and selecting candidates • Conducting interviews • Participating in recruiting events and sourcing activities • Ensuring all paper work is received and completed according to policy • Providing external marketplace information to Recruiting Leadership • Updating and utilizing recruiting databases and tools • Reviewing recruit files for completeness • Conducting and distributing reports on a regular basis and special reports on request • Procatively identify issues and recommending actions • Participating in projects and/or initiatives within or outside the team • May supervise small to medium-sized team of Recruiting Analysts and/or Assistants and delegate work appropriately • Responsibility for career development of any team members (training, supervision, evaluation, promotion recommendations) • Communicating recruiting strategy, policies and procedures to team • Delivering key marketing messages to recruiting team to ensure selling messages are integrated into the recruiting process
• Five or more years relevant work experience required • Large Corporate Recruiting experience preferred • Well versed in the latest candidate sourcing trends • Degree (or equivalent) preferred • Strong understanding of the company's business objectives and organizational structure • Strong understanding of recruiting processes and procedures • Strong understanding of recruiting/sourcing processes and organization and tools • Very strong understanding of recruiting profiles • Strong interviewing skills • Understanding of recruiting resource and marketing plans • Good understanding of pipeline management and yield analysis • Good understanding of the external marketplace/trends • Data analysis experience • Some travel may be required Professional Skill Requirements • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills • Strong supervisory, coaching and project management skills • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills • Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills • Excellent business acumen and industry acumen Our people are our most important asset and we invest considerable resources to provide on-going training that builds and extends professional, technical and management skills in all areas.
