Responsibilities: - Provide a top quality service in all customer interactions.
- Respond to and resolve customer queries related to accounts payable
- Manage the cross-functional Accenture processes necessary for successful resolution of customer enquiries, escalating customer requests where appropriate
- Follow up customer contacts and check resolution where necessary to ensure customer satisfaction with the response
- Track and document all customer contacts and resolve within specified time frame
- Proactively relay potential customer service issues to Team Lead
- Maintain the appropriate level of knowledge relating to CRM processes and supporting applications, including SAP, Siebel, Ariba.
- Continuously improve query handling skills, systems knowledge, and communication skills, and knowledge of customer base.
- Participate in discussions and process improvement initiatives.
- 3rd Level Qualification
- At least one year experience in a customer service environment
