Working closely with nursing and care staff, you will help to identify opportunities to promote the well-being, occupation and stimulation of residents on a daily basis. You will also establish and maintain relationships with local community groups and encourage their involvement in the home to benefit our residents. | | Specific Skills | | Planning events and activities to promote the physical and mental wellbeing of our residents, you'll keep our home a happy and interesting place. In certain cases it may be possible for Bupa to sponsor a successful candidate in maintaining their visa allowing them to continue to work in the UK and transfer their employment to Bupa.
