Responsibilities Responsibilities as Senior Product Delivery Officer Manage a highly complex client portfolio with sophisticated global treasury needs across multiple countries, regions and product sets. Have a strong understanding of Asia capabilities, and bank’s regional strategy. This position will require dealing with very sensitive relationships with Asia headquartered clients conglomerates or US subsidiaries. Partner closely with Client Managers to prospect, originate, structure, close on deals and provide the product expertise and consultation necessary to deliver the best possible solution throughout the life-cycle of complex client relationships. Formulate and execute aggressive strategy to drive business growth and acquire new clients Design and deliver integrated Treasury Management and Trade solutions consisting of multiple products across multiple jurisdictions and regions Responsible for supporting business development, achieving sales target and retention of existing clients. Target prospecting on key new revenue opportunities for both cash management and trade finance. Assess and identify clients needs and requirements related to trade servicing/financing and treasury management/liquidity management and partner closely with other lines of businesses, such as Product Management, Client Delivery and Services and Operations, to structure sophisticated solutions or address critical client issues Manage and lead a highly complex RFP processes (Deal Review, Pricing, RFP response coordination) Ensure timely resolution of relationship sensitive client servicing issues within the organization and act as the senior escalation point in relationship sensitive key service issues Provide guidance and oversight to the Product Delivery Analyst Requirements Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related disciplines. Minimum 10 years of experience with a major financial institution’s cash management and/or trade sales function with specific focus on selling to Multinational Corporate clients. Knowledge of corporate and commercial banking, including credit as well as trade, foreign exchange, cash management, short-term investments and working capital management. Capability for strategic dialogue with clients and senior leaders Demonstrated success in prospecting, client acquisition and deal closure.
