As part of the strategic integration of the business, a vacancy has arisen in our prestigious London head office. You’ll be part of a highly motivated team delivering an integrated health, safety and wellbeing service across London and the South East. You’ll develop positive and effective working relationships with key players and, through our top-down commitment to health and safety, provide managers with coaching and support to embed our health and safety management system. You’ll undertake safety auditing to demonstrate high standards of safety assurance. You’ll also take part in the strategic application of our plans to promote the health and wellbeing of over 25,000 staff, including the recruitment and development of disabled people. Naturally this is a demanding role and you’ll need to be a highly motivated, committed and organised professional with a true passion for health and safety. You’ll need to work flexibly with excellent communication and influencing skills and be comfortable working at all levels with the organisation. Ideally you’ll have multi-site, service sector experience and a degree or diploma in occupational health and safety. You’ll be a member of IOSH and have, or be working towards, Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner status.
