This is a fantastic entry level opportunity to work for one of the largest food and beverage companies in the world with cutting edge ERP SAP technology which has been implemented in 30+ Manufacturing Units and 20+ Business Units throughout 20 countries in the European Union and Middle East. Master Data is part of the Information System Service Delivery to the Functional Departments in the Organisation.
The MD Service consists of Governance and Controls
Business Operations Service and Support and also Project Delivery
This involves dealing with complexity and handling millions of pieces of data. This requires an ability to successfully analyse the data and find reasons for deviations and variances. The context is to apply appropriate standards and controls to the supports the Business transactions and meet the functions objectives. Projects and objectives frequently have tight deadlines for reporting, providing meaningful analysis when dealing with large amounts of data. The requirement can be for ensuring 100% accuracy. Dealing with people from 18 different countries, with differing levels of understanding/use of the English language and with different cultures, and ensuring provision of excellent support requires skill in communication and empathy with others points of view. ***The Role ***
As a Co-ordinator European Master Data you will provide Master Data related support to the Service Company and other Kraft Foods legal entities. ***You will have the opportunity to***
- Assist in providing central governance, control and support function for Global and Regional Master Data
- Develop and analyse statistics concerning creations & changes related areas of SAP ECC6 and SAP MDM including completeness, quality of data and consistency of data between both systems
- Prepare, analyse and communicate agreed Key Performance Indicators
- Participate in the development, maintenance and communication of common rules and conventions for Master Data including testing when required
- Provide central support and training to local country Master Data coordinators
- Provide support and services Master Data Manager as required

We are looking for someone with:
• Excellent spreadsheet and analysis skills and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• A full and clean driving licence
• Drive for results and creativity
• Good English language skills – both verbal and written
• Good working knowledge of:
- MS applications: excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS office
- Databases
- Basic macro writing
- Internet/intranet navigation It is preferred that you have:
• Understanding of SAP
• Degree level education
