You will formulate policies, implement and evaluate systems to enhance nursing services & capability development. Principal Accountabilities: - Review and revise standards of nursing service;
- Promote training and development of nurses;
- Strengthen nursing service performance;
- Monitor nursing education standards;
- Contribute to nursing publicity and serve as a resource person for issues related to nursing.
Job Holder Requirements - Good honours degree is preferred;
- Work experience in healthcare is preferred;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
