You will develop a coherent policy to guide MOH’s legal and regulatory framework, so as to safeguard medical standards. You will achieve this through consulting with various MOH divisions and external stakeholders on key regulatory areas. You will identify key policy issues and draw up policies on enforcement approach within these regulatory areas. Job Holder Requirements - Good Honours Degree. A local diploma in legal studies would be an advantage;
- Work experience in the healthcare sector and para-legal work is preferred;
- Good communication and writing skills and;
- Willingness to learn.
