The successful candidate will: .Be an excellent classroom practitioner across the primary phase. .Have a creative approach to the Primary Curriculum in order to raise standards. .Have the highest expectations of pupils' achievement and behaviour. .Have a positive can do attitude and good interpersonal skills. .Have the ability to support, motivate and inspire colleagues. This is a very exciting time at Churchfield with the school having just completed its transition from a Junior to a Primary School. The school building has been completely refurbished with the addition of a new Nursery, Staff Room and Children's Centre.
