In this role you will be responsible for both our Aggreko Process Services team and the Training center duties: P-card management PO’s for outside purchases Registration and paying for workshops and tradeshows Safety certification with HSC and Twic cards New hire orientation/coordination of program Setting up/coordinating meetings and lunches Filing and maintaining customer and project files Formatting, proofing, documents for internal and external distribution Create and maintain the master student roster based on the IDPs as provided by the Area Management Group the students in the master roster into classes to create the training schedule. Check students training records for prerequisites Schedule students, instructors and facility space as required by training schedule.
- Post the training schedule on ARC
- Post the student roster on ARC
- Send out confirmation letters to students and their managers
- Send out pre-study material
- Order classroom books and materials
- Make hotel arrangements – double occupancy unless otherwise requested.
- Coordinate with travel service to ensure airline tickets have been purchased and rules have been followed (spot check pricing).
- Assign rent cars (two to four students per car) and communicate this arrangement with students.
- Call all students to ensure they have received all information and are ready for training.
- Print place cards and other documents for students
- Handle lunch requirements for students
- Ensure office supplies and training materials are kept properly stocked
- Enter student scores into various data bases following training
- Enter certification status into various data bases as needed
- Pull training records as requested by various business members
- Track top score students and log student awards
- Reconcile the P-Card and other payables for the Learning Center
- Greet visitors as required
Minimum requirements: Associate’s degree (A.A.) or an equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5 years experience in a Support role PC literacy in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word. Experience with an ERP system, or customer relationship management (CRM) database Multi-tasking capabilities; Must be able to work in fast paced, high energy environment Ability to Withstand Pressure and posses proven teamwork skills Strong Customer Focus and excellent communication skills Ability to take initiative have a senses of urgency and to prioritize workload – detail oriented
