This is an exciting opportunity to join a Behaviour Team in Hampshire. The Behaviour Support Team is a multi-professional team working with mainstream schools to improve behaviour. The team work in partnership with schools and families at a whole school, whole class and individual pupil level. The emphasis is on early intervention, particularly during the primary phase. A good practitioner with qualifications in education, nursery nursing or social work, you’ll have experience of working with families and young children with special educational needs where behaviour is an issue. Experience of work across a range of agencies would be valuable. The Behaviour Support Team aims to raise the standard of pupil behaviour in Hampshire. The Behaviour Support Worker will work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to provide support to primary age children, schools and families at an early preventative level.
