Based in Glasgow's thriving financial district you will be taking inbound calls from customers who appreciate their ability to cut through the jargon in order to find the financial product that best suits their needs. Our ability to really listen and deliver what our customers want continues to drive our success. You will use your excellent communication skills to build strong meaningful relationships with Abbey customers and add value for them by informing them of our services and products. You will meet individual service standard levels whilst contributing to team deliverables in a “centre of excellence” team culture. As a team player you will contribute to the success of your team and will display behaviours such as enthusiasm, self-motivation and a healthy competitiveness to achieve results. In addition flexibility is a must for this role and is essential to meet business demands. You will have experience in delivering excellent customer service in order to build meaningful long-term relationships both internally and externally. Telephone based experience is a desirable but not essential for this roll as full training will be provided. Overall you should be motivated to achieve targets and have the enthusiasm and self-motivation to support colleagues and contribute to your team’s success.
