Due to expansion, we require a Personal Banking Team Manager to join our successful team. The successful candidate will be a member of the Management Team and will play a key role in leading, motivating and coaching their sales team, ensuring high quality sales and service standards are adopted and maintained. Working in Mays Meadow contact centre, in Belfast, you will be responsible for managing a team of Telephone Consultants dealing primarily in unsecured lending, credit cards, bank accounts and Savings Products. You will have a strong sales management background and be able to lead your team to succeed whilst maintaining the highest of standards of Compliance. You will have experience of managing others in a similar environment, preferably from a contact centre background and be able to demonstrate evidence of working to sales targets and achievement of sales through others. Financial Services experience is essential however overall you must be a confident and clear communicator with enthusiasm and motivation to lead your team to succeed.
