Hours: 35 hours per week, variable, including weekend and evening work where necessary. Must have a full driving licence and use of a car. John Perry Hospitality Kitchen is situated within John Perry School, Charles road, Dagenham. Hospitality requirements within the borough are produced and delivered from this site, some of which may include evening or weekend work including flexible and variable hours to fit the needs of service delivery. Your main duties will be to organise, prepare and deliver the Hospitality on a day-to-day basis, ordering, stock control and manage two members of staff. You will need to be a team player, embrace the customer first ethos and will have opportunities to take part in training and personal development. Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is essential together with a knowledge of Safer Food for Business legislation and knowledge of nutritional standards and regulations applying to school meals.
