Salary: £28,434 to £37,584 depending on experience (Plus £2,500 Recruitment Payment) Children’s Services in Barking and Dagenham are driven to make a difference to the lives of the children and your people we work with. We’re on the right track; with a really positive inspection of our Fostering Service, children’s social care services graded good in a JAR and more and more of the children in our care are succeeding; 25 of them are at University. We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious and self motivated individuals who are keen to participate in the bright future of our Service and who have a strong desire to make a difference. If you are confident, experienced and committed to all children’s services, we’d like you to join us as a Social Worker in our Care Management Service. These posts are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and a comprehensive screening process will be undertaken on successful applicants including a Disclosure check (Applicant Declaration must be completed and returned with application).
