Activity Leaders will have a minimum of a Sports Leader Award at any level. You will need to have proven previous experience in leading activities. Further duties will also include the completion of monitoring and evaluation procedures and some admin. Hours are variable and will include school holiday periods, daytimes, evenings and weekend work. Candidates must be qualified to a suitable level in their chosen sports discipline and will be assessed on their coaching and / or leading ability. These posts are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and a comprehensive screening process will be undertaken on successful applicants including a Disclosure check (Applicant Declaration must be completed and returned with application).
