Job Description
Project Support:- Arranging meetings and secretarial support
- Conference arrangements and wider communications support
- Compilation of reports, data analysis and quality monitoring
- Project librarian
- Other general admin duties
Financial Support: - Payments and invoices
- Compilation of financial data
Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will have proven experience and skills in: · Communicating Effectively · Organising and maximising performance · Building relationships and team working · Embracing change · Acting with Integrity · Showing Drive and Resilience · Analytical skills A background of offender resettlement and or ESF would be advantageous, though not essential.

Annual Leave
On entry most posts offer between 22 days and 25 days per year, with senior posts attracting an annual leave allowance of 30 days on entry. On top of this you will also receive public and privilege holidays. Leave for part-time and job share posts will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.

The Prison Service offers a childcare vouchers scheme. The scheme enables staff to take part of their salary in the form of Childcare Vouchers. This is known as a Salary Sacrifice. The vouchers can then be used to help meet the costs of any form of registered or approved childcare for children aged 0-16. The vouchers are exempt from tax and National Insurance contributions.
