A key member of the theatre management team, you will be responsible for the resources and facilities of the venue for both performance and non-performance activities. Overseeing the management of permanent and casual staff will be an important part of your role and you will also ensure the theatre meets the requirements of legislation such as health and safety and licensing laws.

With proven expertise in staff management and motivation, you will have strong commercial awareness supported by demonstrable business and income generation skills. Customer focused and outcome orientated, you will have experience in financial planning and bid writing, together with a familiarity with risk assessments, audit review and market research.
