We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Data Quality Analyst to join the team based at our Head Office in Northampton. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The purpose of this role is to help drive key data initiatives that will generate significant benefits throughout the group businesses. The Data Quality Analyst will take responsibility for delivering these benefits. This role is not just about data, it’s also about understanding the complex interplay between technology and business operations. You will need to have a high level of analytical and system skills, but equally important you will need to understand the commercial impact of data quality. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • The implementation, monitoring and maintenance of data quality programs. • To contribute proactively to the formulation of data governance rules, processes and procedures. • To facilitate workshops with various stakeholders throughout the business to ensure that data quality is optimised for business use. • End user testing, prior to authorisation and release of data upgrades. • To develop an advanced understanding of in-house systems (training will be provided). • To assist commercial teams in specific project based work providing support and advice. • To support the Group Head of Data Development in all aspects of data quality and governance. • To be an ambassador for data quality and integrity.
