We are currently looking to recruit talented IT Professionals to join our IT Department in the role of Developer based at our IT Offices in Swindon. Our Developers support all areas of the project life-cycle, systems development and systems maintenance so a successful candidate is likely to have solid experience in both these areas. We currently have a combination of third party and in-house solutions which include .net and Pick/Universe. The key quality we are looking for is someone who is keen to understand and appreciate the many applications currently supported and also to support development on key strategic projects on an ongoing basis; cross training will be provided if required. As well as a methodical and logical approach to programming and excellent planning and organisational abilities, you must be comfortable communicating with users at all levels of the business.
