Yard Supervisor [02/02/2010] |

You will be responsible for the induction, training, supervision and co-ordination of all yard staff and drivers, ensuring a quality service to the customer at all times whilst undertaking those duties. You will also ensure adequate resources are maintained to meet customer requirements and sales targets and provide a contact point for customer and staff queries.
It is essential that you have been trained to operate MHE and have previous sales and stock control experience. You must also have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, as well as a sound understanding of Health and Safety issues and best practice. Ideally you will be in a similar supervisory role in the company or simply have the drive, ability and experience to further your career.
